The Pharmacy Tech II assists pharmacists in filling, compounding, and dispensing physician orders. Performs various technical duties related to handling, packaging, and delivering pharmaceuticals. Demonstrates proficiency in two or more pharmacy function areas such as production/distribution, oncology, inventory management, narcotics, nursery, surgery, compounding, and home care/outpatient. Provides patient care services to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Georgia
• One (1) year of experience as a Pharmacy Technician
