Walgreens is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to assist the pharmacist in dispensing medications and managing prescriptions under direct supervision. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, inventory tasks, and excellent customer service in a retail pharmacy setting.

You will engage customers, help with product inquiries, handle cash/register duties, and support clinical services coordination as needed. Prior retail exposure and PTCB certification are preferred.

Qualificações

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and computer skills for accurate prescription filling and store operations.
• Knowledge of store inventory control preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the pharmacist under supervision in dispensing medications and processing prescriptions.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and help with scheduling and workflow.
• Aid in inventory management, stock pharmaceutical supplies, and handle related clerical duties.
• Provide excellent customer service, greet customers, answer questions, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Support cash handling and operate the cash register as needed.
