Job summary

Frisbie Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH is seeking a Pharmacy Technician (PRN) to support medication distribution under supervision of the attending pharmacist. You will fill, label, and distribute medications and help maintain accurate patient records.

You will also participate in inventory control and quality checks to ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital pharmacy setting.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate / GED.
• CPhT Certified Pharmacy Technician, or PharmTech Pharmacy Technician License.

Job Summary

The Pharmacy Technician contributes to high quality, patient-centered care performing technical tasks vital to the distribution of medications. Under the supervision of the attending Pharmacist, the Pharmacy Technician accurately fills, labels, and distributes ordered medication according to departmental procedure and federal/state/local regulations. The Pharmacy Technician also maintains the drug inventory and patient records and implements quality checks and performance improvement measures.

What qualifications you will need:

• High School Graduate / GED
• (CPhT) Certified Pharmacy Technician, or (PharmTech) Pharmacy Technician License
