Responsibilities

• Provide stellar customer experience while assisting with reception, data entry, adjudication, and product dispensing.
• Assist pharmacist in all responsibilities except those that require a pharmacist's professional judgement.
• Understand and adhere to HIPAA regulations and company policies.
• Operate the cash register and handle payments (Credit/Debit, EBT, Gift Cards) securely.
• Count, measure and prepare specified products per company guidelines.
• Maintain clean and organized workstations and customer waiting areas.
• Answer phones, triage inquiries, and process vendor coupons and cash shortages per shrink guidelines.
