Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club is hiring for a customer and member service role in Arvada, CO. You will assist Members with purchases, explain products, process payments, returns, and exchanges, and help with Pharmacy orders and OTC purchases according to store policies.

The role covers stocking and organizing the Pharmacy area, maintaining paperwork, and delivering friendly, efficient service while upholding Walmart's standards of integrity and belonging.

Responsibilities

• Provides Member service by acknowledging and identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues.
• Manages payments, returns, refunds, and exchanges at the register per policy.
• Assists with processing prescriptions and OTC orders in Pharmacy, stocking supplies, and maintaining Pharmacy area.
