Job summary

Walmart Sam’s Club in Castle Rock, CO seeks a customer-focused associate to deliver excellent member service, operate registers, assist with pharmacy orders and maintain store areas to standard. You will process purchases, returns, and exchanges, stock shelves, and uphold company policies and integrity while serving members.

Be prepared for a range of duties including cash handling, payment processing, and ensuring a welcoming shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide Member service by acknowledging and identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Process member purchases, payments, returns, refunds and exchanges per procedures for different membership and payment types.
• Assist with processing prescription and OTC orders in the Pharmacy area, stocking and securing supplies, and maintaining paperwork.
• Maintain Pharmacy area organization, complete required documentation, logs and compliance with company policies.
