Qualifications

• Must comply with state board of pharmacy requirements, including age, education and licensure/certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required if no minimum age stated by state board.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and patients, supporting pharmacists and ensuring accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow pharmacy SOPs and workflows across production, pick-up, drive-thru and drop-off stations.
• Assist with immunization services where allowed and per training; participate in vaccine-related duties under supervision.
• Maintain inventory, perform counts, returns-to-stock, and assist with dispensing processes.
• Demonstrate empathy and professionalism to deliver a positive patient experience.
• Remain flexible with scheduling to meet store and market needs.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations and CVS policies to protect patient privacy and safety.
