CHI Health CUMC-Bergan Mercy is seeking a Pharmacy Tech or Student Intern to assist pharmacists in medication preparation and distribution, ensuring patients receive the best care. You'll maintain records, answer calls, and exchange medications.
The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, along with Pharmacy Technician License and registration in Nebraska. This role supports a patient-centered environment while working in a level I trauma center offering various medical services.
As our Pharmacy Tech or Student Intern at CHI Health CUMC-Bergan Mercy, you’ll help our Pharmacists by safely assisting in the preparation and dispensing of medications to help our patients feel better and recover from their illness or injury. You’ll build trust in these interactions by helping fill and distribute medication unit-dose drugs along with performing medication exchange to the nursing units. To excel in this role, you must enjoy learning new concepts and researching information in real‑time to provide solutions for real people. You should also continually look for ways to go above and beyond for our patients, delivering an exceptional experience.
