• Provides Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Processes member purchases and assists in payments, returns, refunds and exchanges.
• Provides Pharmacy products and services to Members per policies.
• Receives and stocks merchandise in the Pharmacy area and maintains the area.
• Complies with policies, ethics, and integrity; follows Open Door Policy.
