Job summary

Qualifications

• 3 years documented pharmacy operations or related field experience; 1 year inpatient hospital
• HS diploma or GED with pharmacy operations experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and supervises daily activities of technicians (schedules, assignments, monitoring).
• Supports inventory management controls.
• Assists with outdated drug processes; staffing as working supervisor and project assignments.
• Participates in development and assessment of performance planners.
• Implements new programs and services.
• Trains, teaches and recertifies key technical processes.
• Develops positive customer service and coworker relations.
