Pharmacy Technician Certified IV performs pharmacy–related duties in compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and state/federal law and regulation. Manages sequence and timing of work to meet normal and variable work requirements. Pharmacy Technician IV functions as a member of an interdisciplinary patient care team under the direction of the Director of Pharmacy/Pharmacy Manager or their designee. **What you will do** * Serves as a role model for other technicians as it relates to providing excellent customer service, promoting positive culture and morale, driving positive change, communicating effectively with the leadership and staff teams, partnering with pharmacy to advance pharmacy practice, and conflict management.
