Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a Part-time Pharmacy Technician in West Virginia. You will support pharmacy teams, assist patients at pick-up and drive-thru, and help ensure safe, accurate prescription fulfillment. You may perform immunizations and related services where allowed, while following SOPs and protecting patient privacy.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and rigorous adherence to state board requirements for licensure and certification. Prior pharmacy or retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements, licensure and/or certification.
• If state board has no min age, candidate must be at least 16.
• State licensure requirements vary by state and may affect eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs at each workstation to support pharmacists and ensure patient safety.
• Assist patients at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone to deliver a positive experience.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and timely fulfillment; lock-in for patient privacy and security.
• Contribute to inventory management, including cycle counts and returns-to-stocks.
• Deliver immunizations and other eligible services where allowed by law and training.
