Job summary

CVS Health is hiring a part-time Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacy teams in delivering safe and accurate medication fulfillment and customer service in a fast-paced retail setting.

The role involves following SOPs, assisting pharmacists, handling immunizations where permitted, and maintaining compliance with state and federal regulations while prioritizing patient care and privacy.

Qualifications

• Must comply with any state board of pharmacy requirements or laws governing the practice of pharmacy.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum age requirement, must be at least 16 years of age.
• If the state board of pharmacy does not address or mandate a minimum educational requirement, must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to safe and effective operations of the pharmacy, following SOPs and pharmacy workflow procedures.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription fulfillment, immunizations, and other patient services.
• Maintain accurate records, inventory, and compliance with regulations and privacy requirements.
• Provide compassionate customer service and support to patients and team members.
