Job summary

CVS Health in the United States is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to empower our pharmacy team to deliver safe, accurate prescriptions and caring service in-store. You will follow SOPs, assist with immunizations and point-of-care testing where allowed, and help patients with a friendly, efficient experience across the store floor and pharmacy counter.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, state licensure and national certification depending on state, and a commitment

Qualifications

• Must comply with state board requirements and licensure laws governing pharmacy practice.
• State-level licensure and national certification requirements vary by state.
• Retail pharmacy experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support pharmacy team to ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Follow SOPs at each workstation and assist pharmacists.
• Provide empathetic patient service at pick-up, drive-thru, and over the phone.
• Assist with basic inventory activities and cycle counts as directed.
• Maintain patient privacy and safety in all interactions.
• Be flexible with scheduling and travel to stores as needed.
