Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescriptions, data entry, and labeling.
• Ensure prescriptions are ready in a timely manner.
• Maintain pharmacy records as required by law.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Help customers find over-the-counter items.
• Coordinate and assist with scheduling.
• Comply with state and federal laws and regulations.
• Assist with inventory, ordering, stocking, and returns.
• Support third-party audits as needed.
• Maintain department cleanliness and appearance.
• Observe company policies and dress code.
• Support safety standards and equipment maintenance.
• Foster a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
