Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, courteous service.
• Assist pharmacists with prescription data entry and labeling.
• Ensure prescriptions are ready timely for customers.
• Maintain pharmacy records per Standard Practice and law.
• Protect confidentiality of customer and company information.
• Assist customers in finding over-the-counter items.
• Coordinate scheduling and adhere to attendance policies.
• Follow state and federal laws and regulations.
• Help maintain inventory including ordering and returns.
• Participate in physical inventory procedures and variance reports.
• Review and understand ACIS reports and assist with audits.
• Share responsibility for department cleanliness and appearance.
• Assist with ordering pharmacy supplies and stocking shelves.
• Maintain personal appearance and dress code per policy.
• Support safety standards and identify equipment needs.
• Foster a positive work environment and teamwork.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
