Job summary

Quickmeds, Freeman Health System's outpatient retail pharmacy, is hiring a Pharmacy Technician II to support prescription processing and patient service at Freeman Hospital West and Freeman Neosho Hospital locations. This full-time role requires a Ptcb certification or equivalent, active Missouri registration or intern license, and strong customer service abilities.

The schedule is full-time with 4/10 shifts (7:30 AM - 7:00 PM) and the employee may work every third weekend.

Qualifications

• Current Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (Ptcb) National Certification or exam for certification of pharmacy technicians.
• Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician with the Missouri Board of Pharmacy or current Missouri Pharmacy Intern License.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Completes prescription processing accurately and efficiently.
• Provides superior customer service to patients at the retail pharmacy.
• Maintains compliance with state regulations and company policies.
