Job summary

SGS Consulting is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to support patient prescriptions from intake to packing and shipping. You will pick, label, and count medications and ancillary supplies using both manual and automated counting devices.

The role requires maintaining multiple workstations and ensuring prompt, safe, and accurate fulfillment of prescriptions for patients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacy tech license in the state of New Jersey, without violations or reprimands.
• Verifiable High School diploma or GED is required.
• 1 year of pharmacy tech experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for picking and labelling medications and ancillary supplies.
• Accurately counting medication utilizing a manual process as well as any automated counting devices.
• Packing medications in an accurate and near manner to be shipped out to the patient.
• Manage all assigned pharmacy workstations and tasks to support the team’s ability to promptly, safely and accurately fill and pack patient prescriptions.
