Qualifications

• Hawaii Technician Registered as of January 1, 2026.
• 1–3 years' experience in customer service or related role.
• Proficient computer skills and strong data entry; excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and make outbound calls to members and providers' offices.
• Assist Pharmacists and type prescriptions; initiate refill requests.
• Learn how Mail Order works and navigate Outlook, LINKS, Compass, TEAMS.
