Job summary

Mercor, hiring on behalf of a leading AI research lab, seeks a Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) to support AI-powered prior authorisation workflows by reviewing medication content and evaluating AI responses for accuracy, safety, and clarity.

You’ll have hands-on experience with medications and pharmacy operations, and work with structured annotation guidelines. Availability: 30–40 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with medications, prescriptions, and prior authorisation workflows.
• Strong medication safety knowledge and pharmacy best practices.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer medication-related clinical questions using patient context and guidelines.
• Review AI-generated responses for clinical accuracy, safety, and evidence support.
• Correct incomplete responses and provide structured annotations.
• Identify escalation cases with insufficient evidence or safety concerns.
• Apply project rubrics and quality standards during calibration sessions.
