Job summary

Distinctive Home & Health Care is hiring a full-time Pharmacy Technician to serve military installations nationwide. The candidate must be certified by the PTCB and graduate from an ASHP-accredited program, with at least one year of post-graduation experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform a full range of pharmacy technician procedures.
• Dispense outpatient prescriptions, refill prescriptions, and enter orders into databases.
• Provide information support for new and refill prescriptions, monitor drug interactions, and report adverse drug reactions.
• Conduct quality improvement tasks, inspect drug storage, review expired supplies, and produce workload reports.
• Manage supply processes: place orders, stock shelves, maintain inventory, and generate not-in-stock reports.
