JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Tech Certified in Winchester, MA to support patient care by restocking medication and ensuring proper medication distribution. The role requires a high school diploma or G.E.D. and pharmacy technician certification.
The successful candidate should have basic computer skills and effective communication abilities in English. The pay range is $24.50 - $32.97 per hour, with scheduling that may vary to meet department needs.
Pharmacy Tech Certified - 40 Hours
Contributes to the Hospital's mission to care, heal and excel in service to our community by restocking medication, including controlled substances, to patient care units. This clinical staff position will have an impact on improving safety and quality of our patients by keeping the Pyxis medication stations updated to ensure proper and timely medication distribution.
Required: High school diploma or G.E.D.
Preferred: At least one year as a certified pharmacy technician.
Experience with Pyxis automated medication system.
Required: Pharmacy Technician National Certification and Pharmacy Technician.
Professional Commitment Requirements: Keep abreast of developments in the field and/or licensure through continuing education, participation in professional organizations or a combination of both.
On‑call: N/A.
Schedule Requirements: Schedules may vary to meet department needs and hours of operation from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Staff are expected to rotate weekend shifts.
Travel Requirements: Expected to travel between off‑site locations to make deliveries.

$24.50 - $32.97 per hour. The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
