Job summary

Bridgton Hospital is seeking an experienced Pharmacy Technician to assist the Pharmacist and support daily operations in the Bridgton, Maine pharmacy. This full-time daytime role requires state licensure or registration where applicable and a background in pharmacy technology.

The ideal candidate has ASHP-accredited training, prior technician experience, and is prepared to obtain PTCB/NHA certification within six months. Knowledge of 340B programs is a plus.

Qualifications

• Previous pharmacy technician experience preferred.
• State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration required (if required by state regulations).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Graduate of ASHP-accredited or equivalent pharmacy technician training program preferred.
• 340B program experience preferred (if at a 340B facility).
• PTCB or NHA certification required or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Pay Transparency

Bridgton Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $21.00 to $24.25. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
