Job summary

Heritage Health is seeking a full-time Pharmacy Technician to join our community health centers in Idaho. The role supports integrated pharmacy services, collaborates with a multidisciplinary team, and contributes to effective medication management.

Qualifications

Licensed as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in Idaho preferred, or must apply and receive license before start date.
Experience with electronic health records and third-party billing preferred.
Familiarity with the 340B Drug Pricing Program preferred.
Vaccine administration certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in processing prescription refill requests and prior authorizations by following established protocols.
Provide exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and pharmacies to maintain high patient satisfaction.
Enter data into pharmacy and health center software systems and process prescriptions.
Assist with inventory management.
Complete accurate reconstitution of pharmaceuticals and calculations.
Attend work regularly and on time.
Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
