Job summary

Hillcrest HealthCare System is seeking a Pharmacy Technician for a day shift in Tulsa, OK. This full-time position supports pharmacy operations under pharmacist supervision, including sterile IV compounding and medication preparation.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to state requirements, with certifications and training expected to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or GED.
• 2+ year’s previous hospital pharmacy technician experience (inclusive of training programs).
• Completion of sterile compounding training/competency (as required by State BOP).
• Active Registered Pharmacy Technician in good standing with the Board of Pharmacy, if required by state of employment.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
