UT Health Pittsburg Hospital in Pittsburg, TX is seeking a Day shift, PRN Pharmacy Technician to support pharmacists in preparing medications and handling pharmacy operations. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and active Pharmacy Technician registration where state law requires.
• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) is required or must be obtained prior to direct patient care.
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role.
• Ability to work under supervision and participate as part of a reliable pharmacy team.

• Assist in the technical, non-clinical aspects of preparing medications for dispensing.
• Support pharmacy operations and collaborate with pharmacists and team members.
• Maintain competency in sterile IV medication compounding as needed.
