Job summary

Paradise Valley Hospital, part of Prime Healthcare, is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support daily pharmacy operations on a per diem basis in National City, CA. The role involves assisting the Pharmacist under supervision, ensuring accuracy and compliance in dispensing and medication preparation.

Required are a HS diploma, state license/registration if required, and preference for ASHP-accredited technician training or 340B experience; certification (PTCB/NHA) within six months is expected.

Qualifications

• State Pharmacy Technician License/Registration required (if required by state regulations)
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of ASHP-accredited or equivalent pharmacy technician training program preferred
• 340B program experience preferred (if at a 340B facility)

Pay Transparency

Paradise Valley Hospital offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $27.10 to $27.10. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
