Publix Pharmacy in Enterprise, AL is seeking an Assistant Pharmacy Manager to lead our patient‑centered team. As pharmacist‑on‑duty, you will drive strategy, motivate staff, and ensure exceptional service, clinical offerings such as immunizations and MTM, and efficient inventory and operations.

You will mentor a high‑performing pharmacy team, foster growth, and partner with store leadership to advance health and wellness in the community.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of a school of pharmacy.
• Must hold an unrestricted state pharmacist license.
• Immunization certification or ability to become immunizer.
• Strong communication, problem solving and numerical skills.
• Knowledge of retail merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pharmacy department in pharmacist-on-duty role and drive strategy.
• Provide best-in-class pharmacy service, counseling, and immunizations.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performing team.
• Manage scheduling, tasks, and department performance.
• Oversee inventory management and fulfillment processes.
