Job summary

DSV is recruiting for a Pharmacy Team Lead in Lancaster, USA. The role oversees material orders, customer service and inventory management, plus installation of servers and components using hand and power tools. Expect daily shipping/doc compliance, rack installation, and 5S safety practices in a datacenter setting.

The position operates on the A shift (6am-2:30pm), with a base pay discussion at hire. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 3-5 years of related experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of safety and static discharge hazards is required.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug/alcohol tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee loading and unloading of inbound/outbound freight and manage shipping documents.
• Perform quality checks on inbound/outbound freight for accuracy and condition.
• Execute daily inventory cycle counts and replenishment for spare parts.
• Process return shipments using warehouse management systems.
• Install server racks and cabling in datacenter per diagrams and schematics.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, rack movers).
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and 5S standards on site.
