Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Answer questions about products and services to help customers feel welcome and valued.
• Communicate effectively with customers and store personnel in writing and verbally.
• Provide drug counseling to customers and prescribers and discuss immunizations.
• Accept verbal RX orders and document them per state and federal laws.
• Interpret, fill, label, and bag prescription orders accurately.
• Ensure patient safety and legal compliance for RX orders.
• Maintain RX records and coordinate with insurance and third-party billing.
• Demonstrate proficiency with RX computer systems and inventory management.
• Oversee departmental administrative tasks in the absence of the manager.
