The Supervising Pharmacist is accountable for overseeing the daily operations and strategic planning of the pharmacy, ensuring the delivery of high quality patient centered pharmaceutical care in alignment with organizational goals. This individual will collaborate closely with the Outpatient Pharmacy Manager and Outpatient Pharmacy Director to establish, implement, and monitor standardized policies and procedures, while adapting site-specific protocols as needed. The Supervisor ensures optimal resource management, including staffing, medication supply chain, and inventory control.
BS - Bachelor of Science or PharmD in Pharmacy required. PharmDDoctor of Pharmacy preferred. Experience Microsoft office required. 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy setting and experience managing staff preferred. PioneerRx and/or Epic Willow Ambulatory preferred. Management experience preferred.
