Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred.
• Registered with the state board of pharmacy.

Responsibilities

• Supervises daily staff activities for an assigned area or function.
• Determines, coordinates and supervises daily staffing assignments and levels.
• Provides direction, orientation, training, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
• Performs or assists with performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Assesses and ensures quality of services delivered and facilitates staff development programs; ensures policy compliance.
• Performs staff responsibilities as needed to meet service levels.
• Leads handling and resolution of complex issues and complaints.
• Exhibits HIPAA compliance and knowledge of regulatory standards.
