Job summary

CareTria seeks a Pharmacy Shipping Associate to pack and ship prescriptions for Eagle Pharmacy in Lakeland, FL. You will ensure accurate orders, stock packing supplies, and adhere to HIPAA/privacy guidelines while maintaining a clean shipping area.

The role requires a high school diploma, at least one year in logistics, and the ability to read and communicate in English. Pharmacy fulfillment experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• One (1) year of previous pharmacy experience with exposure to fulfillment of prescription orders (preferred)

Job description

The Pharmacy Shipping Associate is responsible for packing and shipping prescriptions according to client specifications and for other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform routine and professional pharmacy functions.
• Accurately pack and ship prescription orders for Eagle Pharmacy in a timely manner.
• Responsible for stocking freezers with gel packs.
• Follow all procedures and pack-out processes when shipping an order.
• Respect and follow HIPAA and privacy law guidelines, and any other local or federal laws.
• Follow and aid in enforcement of all company policies and procedures.
• Perform Quality Assurance checks on automated technology specific to pharmacy equipment and shipping requirements
• Responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly work site.
• Responsible for keeping an adequate stock of boxes and supplies at the shipping station.

The expected base pay range for this position is $15-17per hr. The actual compensation for the position may vary based on market differences and on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and can vary based on location and/or work schedule.
