Job summary

Community Health of Central Washington seeks a Pharmacy Services Director to lead and expand our 340B program, ensuring compliance, cost efficiency, and sustainable growth while increasing patient access to affordable medications. You will partner with clinical, operational and executive teams to advance integrated care.

In this on-site leadership role in Yakima, you will drive strategy, oversee regulatory requirements, mentor staff, and champion innovative pharmacy solutions to improve outcomes

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD with licensure in WA
  • Minimum five years related experience or training required
  • Minimum three years in a supervisory/management capacity
  • WA Pharmacist License required
  • Immunizations required prior to start
  • Pre-employment drug screen required

Community Health of Central Washington; a Federally Qualified Health Center is in search of a Pharmacy Services Director to play a pivotal role in advancing equitable, high-quality care for the communities we serve. In this leadership position, you will oversee and expand our 340B program, driving compliance, optimization, and sustainable growth while ensuring patients have access to affordable medications. You will collaborate with clinical, operational, and executive teams to strengthen integrated care delivery, develop high-performing pharmacy services, and champion innovative solutions that improve outcomes. Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy and five years related experience and/or training is required,
  • 3 years in a supervisory or management capacity is required.
  • WA Pharmacist License is required.
  • Current driver’s license and auto insurance is required.
  • Immunizations are required prior to start date (COVID, Hep B (3), Tdap, MMR (2), Varicella (2), TB/PPD, FLU).
  • Pre-employment drug screen is required.
Salary:

$177,684.00 - $212,328.48 annually
