Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (required).
• Completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician program or an Associate’s degree (preferred).
• One year of customer service experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily supportive services for the Pharmacy Department per hospital policies.
• Support continuous quality improvement initiatives and competency assessments.
• Respond promptly to requests while upholding customer service and patient safety.
• On-the-job learning with potential to sit for the PTCE exam.
