Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of experience in a retail environment preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.
• Good math and counting skills for prescription filling.
• Basic computer skills required, including store systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and checkout experience.
• Assist pharmacist under supervision with processing prescriptions.
• Maintain pharmacy and store area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Enter patient and drug information into pharmacy systems and process prescriptions.
• Assist with inventory management and price checks.
• Handle insurance claims and communicate with customers about prescriptions.
