Job summary

OU Health seeks an experienced Manager of Pharmacy Revenue Cycle to optimize revenue capture for pharmaceuticals across the health system. This role coordinates with Pharmacy, Finance, IT, Compliance, and other departments to standardize charging workflows, reduce claim denials, and drive compliant revenue capture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) or Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Ph.) degree required.
• At least three years of progressive leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures for pharmaceutical coding, billing, and denial management to maximize reimbursement and compliance.
• Develop quality metrics and audit methodologies to drive accuracy and first-time quality for codes, revenue codes, and modifiers.
• Use analytical tools to audit pharmacy data elements for accurate billing and maximum revenue capture.
• Lead and participate in committees and education initiatives to improve revenue integrity and billing cycles.
