Job summary

MedWiz Solutions, LLC is seeking an inventory associate to support accurate pharmacy inventory by processing receipts, counts, returns, storage, and quality controls. This role ensures medications and supplies are available for production when needed, with adherence to SOPs and safety protocols.

The position involves handling deliveries, maintaining stock records, and assisting production activities as required, in a fast-paced environment with physical requirements such as lifting up to 20

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent capability.
• Ability to learn and follow pharmacy/inventory SOPs, safety requirements, and documentation standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use or learn basic computer, inventory, and workflow systems.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the assigned work.

• Follow pharmacy SOPs and requirements relevant to inventory handling.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate inventory issues or discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior pharmacy, healthcare, warehouse, receiving, inventory, production, or other regulated-environment experience.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical products, inventory systems, or medication-handling workflows.
• 1–3 years of pharmacy operations, inventory, receiving, warehouse, or comparable experience; pharmacy technician credential if useful to the assignment.
