Job summary

Curative is seeking an Administrative Pharmacy Program Manager to support the PBM team’s day-to-day operations, liaison with senior leadership, vendors, and cross-functional partners. You will coordinate formulary updates, PA guidelines, and committee materials while driving operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Active Pharmacy Technician license in the applicable PTCB.
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, PBM, pharmacy operations, or related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of pharmacy benefits, claims processing, and pharmacy operations.
• Demonstrated ability to proactively identify issues and develop solutions.
• PM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the PBM team.
• Coordinate PBM leadership meetings, executive meetings, vendor meetings, and other pharmacy initiatives.
• Liaise between PBM team, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
• Support health plan pharmacy operations and formulary strategy alignment.
• Assist with formulary updates, drug file reviews, and benefit configuration.
• Prepare and coordinate P&T Committee materials and meetings.
• Review PA guidelines and pharmacy communications for accuracy.
• Collaborate with PBM leadership to communicate pharmacy strategies across the organization.
• Develop training materials for relevant departments.
• Assist with pharmacy network activities and contracting efforts.
• Track projects, deadlines, and deliverables.
