Job summary

Curative is hiring an Administrative Pharmacy Program Manager to support the PBM team’s day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives. You will serve as a key liaison between the health plan, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional departments to drive formulary and network projects.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. You will manage multiple priorities, communicate with stakeholders, and handle confidential

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacy Technician license (PTCB) required.
• 3+ years in healthcare, managed care, PBM, or pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day PBM administrative and operational activities.
• Schedule and document PBM leadership and vendor meetings.
• Act as liaison between PBM team, leadership, vendors, and cross-functional departments.
• Support formulary implementation and maintenance activities.
• Assist with P&T Committee materials, agendas, and follow-up.
• Review and update PA guidelines, FAQs, and member education materials.
• Communicate pharmacy strategies and clinical programs across the organization.
• Develop training materials for Member Services, Account Management, Sales, and Operations.
• Support PBM leadership with network-related activities, reporting, and follow-up.
• Track projects, action items, deadlines and deliverables to ensure timely execution.
• Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy processes and workflows.
• Maintain documentation for pharmacy programs, vendors, and regulatory requirements.
