Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in pharmacy, production, warehouse, or fulfillment operations.
• Experience coordinating workflow or providing lead-level operational support in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily production workflow to meet service level, quality, and volume goals.
• Facilitate daily team operations to complete priority work across departments.
• Serve as a point of contact for operational and customer-related issues; support investigations and responses as needed.
• Support general pharmacy production operations including order filling, replenishment, receiving, dispensing, sorting, shipping, and returns processing.
• Monitor and control Conveyor System Controls to regulate workflow and resolve real-time exceptions.
