Cigna Health and Life Insurance Company is seeking a Pharmacy Production Clerk to help ensure medications meet quality standards, are labeled, stored and stocked correctly, and visually inspected for defects. You will work in a fast-paced, friendly environment with training and cross-team support to get products out the door accurately and on time.

This role emphasizes accuracy, multitasking, and reliable shift execution.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience.
• General PC knowledge is required
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Good visual acuity.
• Ability to read and compare and differentiate data.
• Ability to stare/review small medications or bottles for long periods of time.
• Ability to be on feet walking and standing for long periods of time.
• Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to perform different roles during a shift
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Responsibilities

• Sort Pills into bulk quantities and prepare packing materials.
• Operate machinery to print instructions for each medication.
• Packing and labeling for safe delivery.
• Work with technology to efficiently get products out the door and support multiple teams.
