Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Pharmacy Purchasing Analyst to support enterprise-wide procurement, shortages management, and supply continuity.

The role focuses on leveraging analytics and forecasting to optimize inventory, support formulary initiatives, and reduce the overall cost of care while protecting patient care quality. The candidate will work with procurement and pharmacy teams to implement cost-efficient procedures, monitor per-patient drug use, and provide actionable data for strategic

Qualifications

High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
0–3 years in a relevant pharmacy analytics/operations role.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, analytics, or health science.
Inpatient Pharmacy Technician certification.
ACE-340B - Apexus Certified Expert-340B - Apexus.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Access strongly preferred.
Experience with 340B programs.

Responsibilities

Procure pharmaceuticals, manage shortages, perform analytics and forecasting to reduce costs.
Design, develop, and implement cost-efficient pharmaceutical procurement procedures and methods across the Enterprise.
Analyze data to identify improvements in pharmacy and supply chain to enhance 340B savings and financial benefits.
Collaborate with local pharmacy teams to propose and implement procurement and savings actions.
Assist with performance metrics, dashboard reporting, and real-time risk monitoring.
