Onco360 Pharmacy in New Hyde Park, NY seeks a Pharmacy Prior Authorization Specialist for a full-time role starting at $25.00/hr and up. Remote work may be possible after on-site training.

Scheduling is Mon-Fri, 11:30am–8:00pm EST, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus for hires before December 28, 2026. The role focuses on ensuring patients receive medications requiring pre-authorizations by coordinating with insurance carriers, physicians, and the pharmacy team.
