Blink Health is seeking a Prior Authorization team member to help initiate and manage prior authorization requests for patients and providers. You will identify required forms, coordinate with prescribers, and track status to ensure timely approvals.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork in a fast-paced health-tech environment focused on making medications affordable for Americans. Onsite work in Pittsburgh, PA is required.

Qualifications

• Requires customer service or inbound call center experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in initiating new prior authorization requests to providers.
• Identify the correct prior authorization form for the patient’s insurer.
• Coordinate with prescribers and medical offices to complete forms.
• Follow up with medical offices to check status of requests.
• Communicate status of prior authorizations to patients and providers.
• Coordinate with medical offices to handle Appeals.
• Respond to internal questions from other departments about prior authorizations.
