Job summary

From the Manager: These are IP positions, with a heavy focus on complex patient med rec and order recommendations and actual changes on behalf of the hospitalist group. I need folks that are comfortable practicing in a "pharmacist as practitioner" model with a high degree of autonomy.

Requirements

Special Requirements/Skills: Licensure as a pharmacist and in good professional standing in the Commonwealth of Virginia. B.S. Pharm. or Pharm.D., required. Inpatient/Acute Care experience required. Pharmacy Residency from an accredited ASHP institution preferred. Intravenous experience & pharmacotherpay management. Previous experience in a computerized hospital pharmacy setting is desirable. Ability to work independently. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Pyxis, Carousel System & Epic skills preferred.

• Shift: Mon-Fri, it can range anytime between 07:00-23:00 - schedule isn't finalized yet. Some weekends rotation, SCHEDULE CAN BE DISCUSSED DURING INTERVIEW
