Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week on varied shifts.
• Cover weekends and evening shifts as required.
• Work typical shift hours of 12:30-9 PM.
• Adapt to variable weekend hours depending on staffing needs.
• Maintain an active Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Provide a minimum of one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Utilize Epic Willow Inpatient system for documentation and pharmacy management (preferred).
• Apply expertise in pharmacokinetic dosing, specifically vancomycin management.
• Perform warfarin management duties as part of clinical responsibilities.
• Adhere to all facility policies and procedures for pharmacy and patient care delivery.
