The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a pharmacist leader for its Brighton, CO location. You will perform essential pharmacist duties, train staff, and drive customer service excellence while managing inventory and pharmacy budgets.
You will supervise the pharmacy team, ensure compliance with state and federal rules, and participate in clinical programs to support community health. This role requires a US PharmD/Pharmacist license and retail experience.
Accountable for all aspects of pharmacy practice, within the limits of state and federal laws and corporate policies. Manage and maximize the financial performance of the pharmacy department by monitoring the pharmacy budget, minimizing or altogether avoiding unauthorized overtime, performing necessary pharmacy staff training and development, providing excellence in customer service, managing prescription pricing and generic utilization, controlling pharmacy inventory, and providing/implementing/participating in corporate approved clinical services.
