Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy
  • Current State Pharmacist Licensure in good standing

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Fulfill prescription needs accurately and provide patient counseling and pharmaceutical care.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct, adhering to pharmacy standards and dress codes.
  • Develop knowledge of trade area, customers, and competitors.
  • Promote a service-oriented, friendly, and cooperative pharmacy image.
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory, policies, record-keeping, security, sanitation, scheduling, equipment operation, pricing, and budgets.
  • Maintain records and security for scheduled drugs, ensuring legal compliance.
  • Handle pharmacy products from authorized sources, primarily Peyton.
  • Use accuracy tools appropriately, including scanners and audit systems.
  • Maintain all necessary records for legal, company, and management purposes.
  • Keep a clean, organized, and professional work environment.
  • Ensure timely handling of product returns and equipment maintenance.
  • Organize and update policy manuals, reference materials, and signage.
