Job summary

Cynet Health is seeking an inpatient Pharmacist for a 13-week assignment, delivering medications prescribed by physicians and providing patient medication information. You will advise on dosage, interactions, and side effects while ensuring safe pharmaceutical care with support staff.

Shift is 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (40 hours/week). Weekend and holiday rotation required; valid pharmacy license and Epic EMR experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience required as an inpatient pharmacist.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dispense drugs prescribed by physicians and other health practitioners.
• Provide information to patients about medications and their use.
• Advise physicians on selection, dosage, interactions and side effects of medications.
• Provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care to customers while coordinating with support staff.
